The Municipality of the County of Kings, situated on Nova Scotia’s northwestern shore bounded by the Bay of Fundy and Minas Basin, has long been an important agricultural and food-producing region. Location

The Municipality of the County of Kings is centrally located in the Annapolis Valley and the third largest municipality in Nova Scotia. It is served by the Halifax Stanfield International Airport and the Halifax Port.

CFB Greenwood

The County is home to CFB Greenwood, the largest air base east of Ontario. The airforce base employs around 1,600 people and hosts an annual air show that attracts thousands.

World Heritage Site

Home to Landscape of Grand Pré, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, globally recognizes the area as having Outstanding Universal Value (OUV) for humanity.
