· Peter Chapman, President, SKUfood, with the Trends in Value Added Retail Products for whitefish and Insider Tips on entering the retail sector.
· Francis Parisien, Vice-President for Eastern Canada from Nielsen’s Research will discuss shoppers trends/insights specific to fresh, frozen and processed fish products in Canada sponsored by Farm Credit Canada
· Advice from a major food retailer on entering the retail market, and
· Questions from industry interested in partnerships
This is the first of two workshops focused on the development of Nova Scotia seafood products for the retail market.
