Leading Communication Part 2: Influencing

Influence through communication is a skill everyone should be working on. We are influencing all the time in our work lives and our home lives. Influence can feel like a super power when you become really good at it. In this webinar, we will look at the mechanics of influence and how the structure of your statement and the words you use will open someone up for a decision or a silent rejection. We will look at how you a balance of timing, questions and strategy to help influence everyone around you!
